Job Description:

• Ensure all aspects of hotel maintenance and management are kept to the very best\r\nstandards and in line with all relevant policies, procedures and health and safety\r\nprocedures.\r\n? Ensure the maintenance office is kept clean and safe at all times.\r\n? Take care of the hotel\'s infrastructure (e.g. exterior and interior buildings, electricity,\r\nplumbing, kitchens, laundry, gardens and grounds, furniture, front of house, back of\r\nhouse).\r\n? Manage maintenance personnel and plan various renovation and repair projects as\r\nidentified in a timely manner.\r\n? Organized and Proactive.\r\n? Familiarity with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems is essential, should also be\r\ncommitted to meeting health and safety standards.\r\n? Ensure the hotel premises are safe and functional for guests and employees alike
